SHIPPING POLICY
We can ship your instrument using any premium domestic shipping service that we mutually agree to. The cost of shipping and packing will be added to your final cost, so really it's best if you come over, try out the instruments, pay in person, and take your new hand-crafted guitar home right then.
If we do ship the instrument, we will purchase a rugged, reinforced shipping container and packing materials on your behalf to ensure it will make the trip unscathed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If the instrument proves defective in materials or workmanship, we would appreciate the opportunity to perform the repairs at no cost to you. We will not cover shipping costs for this purpose however, so be sure to retain your original shipping container and packing materials until you're sure the instrument is what you expect.

The term of this free repair offer is one year from date of purchase, and it does not include cosmetic issues. You should be aware throughout the process of purchasing and using your new J Bone instrument, that we are not concerned with minor cosmetic imperfections; we are exclusively focused on build quality, playability, tonal qualities, and overall beauty of the finished guitar. If it looks fabulous from ten feet away, then we have achieved our goals in the cosmetic department.
